DR: Your new movie, Second Act, takes on some pretty meaty workplace topics: The idea of your career feeling stuck, or barriers either real or internal, they're stopping people from getting to where they want to get. If you look at the list, one of the things that really sets you apart is that you're not on the list because of a sport or acting or producing — it’s a combination of activities. Ojani Noa was J.
